Job Description

Location: Karachi – Landhi Plant
Reporting To: Senior Manager, Engineering
Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Officer to oversee the maintenance of all plant facilities, including security systems, training centers, and various departments.
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with contractors.
- Conduct daily inspections and document results.
- Maintain work order status and ensure timely approvals.
- Implement Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, representing the Engineering department on relevant committees.
- Prepare compliance reports in line with company policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably B Tech/DAE in Civil), with 2-3 years of related experience and knowledge in building maintenance is required.
