Job Description
Aeroship Logistics is looking for a meticulous Import Documentation Executive to become part of our vibrant team. This position entails the management of all import shipment documentation, facilitating effective communication with clients, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare essential import documentation including Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate effectively with shipping lines and clearing agents.
- File Import Goods Declarations in a timely manner.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding shipment updates.
- Ensure adherence to all customs regulations and requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
