Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a results-driven Outbound Customer Service Representative / Sales Executive to engage with potential customers, follow up on inactive leads, and convert inquiries into sales. This position prioritizes customer satisfaction and aims to uphold a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to both potential and existing customers.
- Promote products while providing comprehensive information on pricing and availability.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.
- Prepare accurate quotations and invoices promptly.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
Required Skills: Excellent communication abilities, previous outbound sales experience preferred, and proficiency in CRM tools.
