Job Description
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently and effectively meet hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings via phone or video interviews.
- Identify and source qualified candidates through diverse platforms.
- Guide candidates through the entire hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Job Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
