Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to design, implement, and manage monitoring and evaluation systems that assess program performance, progress, and impact.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing M&E systems, collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources, conducting monitoring visits and evaluations, creating high-quality reports, providing technical support on M&E matters, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying improvement areas, and managing M&E budgets.
Requirements: A Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation are mandatory.
