Job Description
The Women’s Empowerment Group is actively seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to connect with potential donors and supporters to help raise funds for Pink Ribbon Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals and organizations, effectively communicating the hospital’s mission and fundraising goals. You will also address inquiries, encourage donations, accurately maintain call logs and donor data, and foster long-term relationships with donors.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills in both Urdu and English, demonstrate confidence and empathy during calls, and prior experience in fundraising or telemarketing is advantageous.
