Job Description
KFC Pakistan is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager for our Call Center to oversee a dynamic team of over 100 agents and supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing service quality standards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your role will involve analyzing call center performance data, managing labor costs effectively, and resolving escalated customer concerns. You will also collaborate with third-party call centers to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment are required. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of Rs100,00.
