Job Description
Gourmet Foods is actively seeking a committed HR Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will partner with operations managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire process from job postings to onboarding new hires.
Your key responsibilities will include serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and ensuring that all personnel records within the operations department are meticulously maintained.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, possess strong knowledge of recruitment practices, and have excellent communication abilities. A minimum of one year of relevant HR experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
