We are seeking an HR Coordinator to manage our CV bank and oversee the entire recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews on behalf of HR. The position involves processing job offers and appointment letters in collaboration with central HR.
You will also be responsible for maintaining employee files, managing probation evaluations, activating and deactivating employees on systems, issuing ID cards, and facilitating new hire orientations. A strong focus on employee relations and exit processes is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree with a specialization in HR/MBA HR, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel is required.
