92Techno is seeking a driven Female HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is a full-time role with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete hiring process.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns.
• Manage employee benefits administration.
• Coordinate various training initiatives.
• Support performance management activities.
• Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.

Compensation: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
