Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to customers in Europe and the Middle East through phone, email, and remote sessions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to email and document management solutions.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services. Proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems is essential, as well as excellent English communication skills and verbal fluency.
