Job Description
Dexterz Sol is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Officer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales and lead generation. This pivotal role involves expanding our global outreach by identifying new business opportunities, managing client communications, and preparing compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via LinkedIn and freelance platforms
- Compose and submit professional proposals
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Collaborate effectively with the technical team
- Utilize CRM to track interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
- Meet monthly outreach and conversion goals
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT business development
