Job Description
CBA is seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will work with hiring managers to identify tech hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers, write job descriptions, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate data.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years of technical recruitment experience, and excellent communication skills.
