We are seeking a passionate and motivated HR Associate to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting in payroll and benefits administration
- Supporting onboarding and exit procedures
- Handling day-to-day HR queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
- 1-2 years of HR operations experience is a must
