Job Description
Talent Ibex is seeking a dedicated Fraud and Risk Agent to monitor and review transactions for unusual or suspicious activity. In this role, you will investigate potential fraud cases and collaborate with various teams to enhance our preventative measures. Flexible shift availability is required, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions for high-risk activity.
- Investigate fraud cases and suspicious activities.
- Analyze fraud trends and assist in developing prevention strategies.

Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in fraud detection or risk management.
