Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is on the hunt for a talented and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will oversee and scale our advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads, with a strong focus on data-driven performance to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting.
- Report on key metrics and scale up successful campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google, Meta, and TikTok advertisements.
- Strong understanding of essential marketing metrics.
- A creative mindset with a passion for testing and experimentation.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or fashion industries is a plus.
