Job Description
We are in search of a highly skilled and meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of construction project management, cost estimation, and contract administration.
In this role, you will be tasked with estimating project costs, preparing tender documentation, and managing budgets throughout the construction phase. Collaboration with project managers and other professionals will be essential to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
