Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

Sequel Technologies, a premier software company specializing in healthcare IT and medical billing services for the US market, is in search of an Assistant Manager Support.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the support team catering to US clients through calls, portals, and emails.
• Ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries and enhancement requests.
• Facilitate communication with US healthcare insurance providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee compliance with third-party vendors.
• Lead initiatives for quality assurance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of managerial experience, and proficiency in English.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Time-zone)
