Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Calling Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing incoming calls on the UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all business days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document complaints and queries accurately.
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Address complaints within the established turnaround time (TAT).

Experience Required: Fresh graduates to 1 year preferred.

Location: Quaid e Azam Industrial State, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 30,00.00 per month.
