Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is looking for a polished, professional, and attentive Front Desk Coordinator to oversee front desk operations and provide vital administrative support. Ideal candidates should be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors appropriately.
- Support various administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming phone calls and maintain call logs.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
- Track visitor logs and maintain documentation.
- Handle mail distribution.
- Operate the biometric attendance system.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
