Job Description
Growmore Call Centre is looking for a committed Customer Support Representative to enhance our dynamic team. This full-time position entails night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, offering weekends off. The salary ranges from Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, along with commission opportunities, based on experience.
Requirements: Candidates with prior experience in Xfinity and Spectrum sales campaigns are highly preferred. Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer applications are essential.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, address billing inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide customers with comprehensive information about our products and services.
