Job Description
KIPS is looking for a qualified Academic/English Counselor (CSS) for a part-time position. Suitable candidates should have prior experience with the CSS exam and possess strong English language skills to effectively support students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt feedback on student assignments.
- Monitor student performance and create personalized improvement plans.
- Guide and mentor students in utilizing necessary resources.
- Assign homework tailored to individual needs.
- Build a supportive and encouraging relationship with students.
Qualifications include an MPhil or Master’s degree in English literature or linguistics, along with at least one year of experience in academic counseling. This role requires availability Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM in Lahore, with a starting salary of Rs35,00.00 per month.
