Job Description
Mathmakesmart (MMS) is seeking skilled Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to join our international tutoring support team. This full-time position requires candidates who can effectively handle both inbound and outbound calls during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and schedule tutoring sessions.
- Provide assistance to students and address their inquiries.
- Maintain precise client records to ensure top-tier customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a CSR role.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience in education or tutoring support is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift: 9 PM to 6 AM
