Job Description
HexaMile Soft is looking for a motivated and self-assured Assistant Office Manager to become a vital part of our team in People’s Colony 2, Faisalabad. This role requires availability from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks and manage executives’ schedules.
- Efficiently handle phone calls and effectively multitask.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when working with sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Strong computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
Salary: Rs40,00.00/month. Full-time role. A reliable commute to Faisalabad is essential.
