Job Description
Rija Fashions is looking for a committed and meticulous Sample Incharge to lead our sample production team. The successful candidate will oversee staff assignments within the sample room, ensure the availability of materials, and develop daily production schedules. You will establish performance targets for sample operators and foster efficient communication with merchandisers and production teams. Close monitoring of operations is essential to meet our customers’ needs and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Karachi (Candidates must have a reliable commute or be willing to relocate)
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role in woven garments is preferred.
