Job Description
Safa Worldwide Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Representatives with a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar position. We also welcome fresh talent with exceptional English language skills to apply.
In this role, you will engage with international clients, adhere to communication scripts, promptly manage outbound calls, and identify customer needs to effectively promote additional services.
Ideal candidates should possess fluency in English, strong persuasive sales skills, punctuality, basic computer proficiency, and a positive mindset.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹55,00 to ₹70,00, along with commissions, performance bonuses, and training opportunities.
Working hours are from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday, with a half-day on Saturday. Our office is located in DHA Phase 6.
