Job Description
TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Sales Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, responsible for driving sales, providing outstanding customer support, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Meet sales targets while keeping accurate records.
- Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the backend team to ensure service excellence.
Requirements:
