Job Description
Aptitude Migration is currently seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Immigration Officer. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Australian immigration law and various visa subclasses, demonstrating proficiency in managing visa applications, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on Australian immigration matters.
- Oversee the visa application process from preparation to follow-up.
- Remain informed of any updates or changes in immigration laws.
- Advise clients on appropriate visa subclasses.
- Collaborate with legal professionals when necessary.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of immigration experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail are required.
