Job Description
Join our team at Digitech Outsourcing Solution as an Inbound Customer Service Provider! We serve clients across the US, Canada, and Europe, operating around the clock. We are looking for dedicated individuals with prior inbound customer service experience, ideally in US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Managing customer complaints and daily operations.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborating with colleagues as necessary.
- Adjusting to flexible shift schedules.
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 80,00, along with performance bonuses, medical insurance, and paid leave.
