Cyber System Private Limited is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional online support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound audio and video calls.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments effectively.
• Conduct eligibility verifications and follow up as needed.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
• Deliver prompt and efficient customer support services.

Qualifications: Applicants should be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask under pressure, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Salary: PKR 60,00 to 75,00 per month, along with additional benefits.
