Job Description
Red Coral Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to enhance our team and deliver outstanding service for our e-commerce platform. In this pivotal role, you will manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat; manage requests for returns, refunds, and exchanges; perform cold calling; ensure timely resolutions; and document all customer interactions.
Requirements: Fluency in English; 2-3 years of customer support experience; availability to work in US time zones; excellent communication skills; previous e-commerce experience is a plus.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (8 PM – 4 AM), Monday to Friday, Karachi. Full-time, in-person position.
