Job Description
Vantage Technologies is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Customer Service Representative for a UK-based medical project. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have a clear British accent, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and accurately handle customer calls
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions thoroughly
- Follow company protocols consistently
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in UK-based customer support preferred
- Fluency in English with a British accent
- Outstanding communication skills
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT) with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
