Job Description

Hospital Supply Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated Imports Officer to oversee critical functions within our Import Department at our Karachi Head Office. The successful candidate will manage all import shipment documentation and customs clearance, coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents for efficient operations, and liaise with banks regarding Letters of Credit, bank contracts, and document collections. Additionally, the role involves generating reports on shipments, Letters of Credit, Proforma Invoices, and transactions using Microsoft Dynamics AX, as well as visiting the ADC for drug consignment approvals and verifying invoices.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an MBA in Supply Chain preferred, along with 2-3 years of relevant import experience. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS-Office, and excellent coordination abilities with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
