Job Description
MoveUp Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to lead the end-to-end processes of our US-based construction estimation firm. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing internal operations, guiding the estimation team, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire estimation workflow from lead generation to project completion.
- Supervise a team of estimators and support personnel.
- Implement cold calling and client acquisition tactics.
- Craft and deliver project proposals and bids.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience in operations or business development within the construction sector.
