Job Description
Dot Clinics is looking for a dedicated Female Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance to our patients regarding clinic hours, treatment options, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Manage daily appointment scheduling and updates.
- Collaborate with physicians to resolve complex patient queries.
- Conduct follow-ups on ongoing treatments.
- Monitor daily inquiry responses and provide insights to the marketing team.
