Job Description
Interwood Mobel is looking for a committed Customer Service Executive to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing complaints and inquiries from walk-in customers, ensuring prompt acknowledgment and effective communication throughout the complaint resolution process.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing customer complaints, preparing detailed reports, coordinating after-sales services, and generating customer service metrics reports to enhance our service quality.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in customer service. Strong communication skills are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
