Job Description
Smart Tone Electronics is excited to announce an opening for a Back Office Executive. We are looking for a driven individual to take charge of our collections process. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating monthly billing reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and recovering outstanding debts from customers.
In this role, you will also engage with customers and collaborate with our sales and operations teams to address and resolve any challenges that arise. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at Rs40,00.00 per month. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi.
