Education: We encourage applications from individuals with an Intermediate, B.Com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or a 2-year associate degree in a relevant field.
Requirements & Skills: Ideal candidates should be well-groomed, confident, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office and computer literacy. Proactive individuals are preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service position is required.
