Job Description

Fintax Advisory Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time, on-site Accounts Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize client accounting and financial records.
• Assist in auditing processes to ensure the accuracy of reports.
• Promote our services to prospective clients.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone and email communications.
• Generate leads and cultivate them into long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
