Job Description
DigiTechIO LLC is seeking a Senior HR Operations Executive to oversee daily HR functions and address employee relations with utmost professionalism. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing employee concerns, implementing HR policies, and ensuring efficient internal operations.
Key Responsibilities: This role includes attendance management, grievance resolution, maintenance of employee records, compliance with labor laws, payroll processing, onboarding new hires, enforcing policies, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, demonstrate strong knowledge of labor laws, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 40,00 – Rs. 60,00 (commensurate with experience)
