Job Description
IAServices is seeking a motivated Telemarketing / Call Center Agent to join our dynamic outbound call center team. In this role, you will be tasked with cold calling and generating leads across the USA.
Applicants must be willing to work from our office located in Garden Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct international cold calls.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and monitor key metrics.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in an international call center.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
