Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a reputable taxi firm based in the UK, is excited to announce our expansion into Pakistan. We are seeking a full-time Night Shift Operator with expertise in UK client relations and cab dispatching.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls.
- Provide precise quotes and address customer inquiries.
- Assign bookings to drivers and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Key Competencies Required:
- Preferred experience with AUTOCAB.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Capacity to perform under pressure while maintaining composure.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month, plus overtime.
Location: Islamabad, near E11.
