Job Description
Join our team at dinCloud Pakistan as a Level 2 IT Support Engineer! In this role, you will provide remote and on-site IT support to internal employees, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing Active Directory, installing and maintaining devices, and providing virus/malware protection.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 3-5 years of support experience, proficiency in remote desktop software, and strong troubleshooting ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
