Job Description
Job Bank Recruitment Network is seeking an experienced Trainer to coach and assess individuals within Recruitment Businesses. The role includes guiding learners and employers while ensuring quality standards.
Key responsibilities entail assisting with enrollment, documenting progress, and providing support. Candidates must have Trainer/Assessor qualifications, Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths, English, and ICT, plus experience with e-portfolios and assessments.
A recognized teaching qualification and a Level 3 in a relevant discipline are required. Customer-facing experience is essential; recruitment experience is a plus.
