Job Description
JLPS Group is on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cold calling, client outreach, and closing sales. A confident demeanor, persuasive communication abilities, and a strong focus on achieving monthly sales targets are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients.
- Regularly update CRM systems.
Requirements: Experienced in cold calling or tele sales, possessing strong communication skills, and demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
