Job Description
Jerrax seeks an on-site, full-time Upwork Bidder with at least two years of proven success securing projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms. The role requires sourcing opportunities, composing tailored proposals, managing client communication and follow-ups, collaborating with technical and design teams for scoping and estimates, negotiating terms, and tracking bid and conversion metrics to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
- Requirements: 2+ years as an Upwork bidder or business development executive in IT
- Strong knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer; excellent English communication
- Familiarity with web/mobile development, UI/UX, and digital marketing; independent, self-motivated worker
