Job Description

Jalal Sons is on the lookout for a committed and organized Receptionist to provide assistance to our CEO/Director. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with organizing the CEO’s daily activities and meeting schedules, managing the company’s email correspondence in their absence, and coordinating the activities of administrative personnel. Additionally, you will ensure timely follow-ups on meeting reminders, consolidate weekly reports from different departments, and efficiently handle all telephone inquiries by directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
