J7 Emporium Islamabad is on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager of Customer Care. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the recovery, sales, and operations teams to enhance customer experiences and foster business growth.
Your responsibilities will include addressing client concerns, mentoring team members, and developing innovative solutions to boost customer engagement. To thrive in this position, candidates should be proficient in CRM software, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and possess 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the real estate sector.
