Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is currently looking for a skilled taxi and minicab dispatcher/controller to efficiently manage inbound bookings and effectively coordinate with drivers. As a key member of our team, your duties will include handling incoming customer calls for taxi bookings, entering bookings into our dispatch system, assigning bookings to drivers, providing customers with real-time estimated arrival times (ETA), guiding drivers through navigation, managing email bookings, placing bids on jobs, and coordinating drivers for booking dispatch.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have experience in UK taxi cab controlling and a strong knowledge of UK streets. The salary begins at 150 PKR per hour or 35,00 PKR per month.
