Overview: The Customer Service Representative will lead lead-generation efforts to attract new clients and drive company growth. Responsibilities include researching prospects (LinkedIn, Facebook, lead platforms), executing email and cold-call outreach, maintaining lead records, designing and running campaigns, reporting metrics and insights, and coordinating with operations and country teams to meet revenue targets.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; minimum 2 years’ IT lead-generation experience; proficiency with lead-generation and marketing automation tools; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time (remote). Salary from Rs100,00/month.
